~ Mere Christianity ~
As of today, I have begun to read Mere Christianity written by C.S. Lewis. Now, we will see how long it will take me to complete reading it!
I will leave you with this quote from him; 'If you look for truth, you may find comfort in the end; if you look for comfort you will not get either comfort or truth only soft soap and wishful thinking to begin, and in the end, despair.
~ Back in Bangui ~
We have arrived back to our home in Bangui! Our flight connections and travels all went very well. And once we arrived in Bangui, we were pleased to see all of our luggage arrive as well.
Once we arrived it didn't take long to get right back into living life here once more...the familiar sights, sounds and even smells....ah, we are back in Bangui!
This past week, we were in the midst of packing up our belongings in our home that we had been renting since around the month of April, and we moved on Thursday, Oct. 15 to our new home on the center that we will be working on each day. Each home we have lived on since we arrived in Bangui on Feb. 19, 2009 has been filled with blessings and we have begun to build fond memories of each one. Now, we will begin a fresh, and a new beginning in our new home, with it's charms and some new challenges.
