Isn't this a neat idea!One thing we have found to be a really neat thing is these water fountains throught out the city of Neuchatel, they are also found all through out Switzerland. We have found these water fountains very handy and cost effective too! We always make sure to carry our plastic water bottles with us (there is a side pouch on our back-packs that holds our water bottles) and if need be, we stop by one of these water fountains and re-fill our bottles! That's were the cost effectiveness comes in. No need to go to the store if you are in town and need to refresh your water bottle. One gets really good at knowing which water fountains are potable (drinkable) and the ones that are not ~ they are clearly marked on them if they are or are not potable. It's a little difficult to see from these pictures, but there are spouts that the water continues to flow out 24/7/365. Make sure to left double click on the pictures above to see them better.
